I need my order ASAP. How can I push it through quicker?

As long as the item is in stock, I can get your item to you quicker but will come at an extra cost. Express delivery is £3.95 but it depends on required item for delivery dates.

What is the time scale on express delivery on personalised jewellery?

At the moment, personalised jewellery takes up to 28 days. Because these are ordered to your requirements, the quickest I can get these to you on express is 16 days.

What is the time scale on express delivery on personalised gifts?

At the moment, personalised gifts takes up to 8 days. Because these are ordered to your requirements, the quickest I can get these to you on express is 4 days.

My personalised order has come with a spelling mistake.

I will check your order and the spelling that you requested. If it is an error from myself, I will replace this ASAP. If the spelling mistake is down yourself, unfortunately we cannot refund and a replacement with be at your expense.

My order has arrived damaged. How do I get this replaced?

If your item is damaged, you have up to 24 hours to notify me. Once we have discussed the damage, I will replace your item.

I am not happy with my item, how do I get a refund?

If you want to order a personalised item, please bare in mind we do these to your requirements and they are exclusive to you. Therefore we cannot refund your item because a change of heart. We suggest you check measurements and other details before you order. We apologise, but once ordered, no refund can be issued.

Non personalised items are subject to a full refund within 7 days if not satisfied. Postage will need to be covered by yourself and once received back, you will get a full refund.
